We work with our clients to facilitate effective Bow Tie analysis and capture the results in user-friendly, intuitive Bow Tie diagrams.
Bow Tie analysis is used increasingly to ensure that sufficient barriers exist to control major accident hazards and mitigate the consequences should an incident occur. Bow Tie diagrams are an effective communication tool used to reassure organisations that they have adequate safeguards in place and help increase workforce understanding of appropriate hazard management.
The Bow Tie method is utilised in our e-Safety Case software to present event, hazards, barriers and consequences in an easy to use format.
We offer the following Bow Tie services:
- developing Bow-Ties diagrams for HSSE and business risks
- facilitating Bow-Tie workshops
- Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA)
- identifying safety and environmental critical elements and performance standards
- investigating incidents.
In addition, we offer practical Bow Tie training which enables participants to understand the theory and application of bow tie analysis as well as the use of software tools such as BowTieXP.
